Itās time to cycle sync!āØ
10-14 daysš before your period, PMS is most likely to strike. Without the proper tools and education about how your cycle works, youāre most likely going to feel bloated, irritable, moody, and crampy (among many other signs and symptoms of PMS).
Hereās a few of my favorite ways to cycle sync during this luteal phase to kick PMS to the curb:
āļøDo: Eat 3 balanced meals
āDonāt: Skip breakfast
āļøDo: Drink red raspberry leaf tea + bone broths
āDonāt: Drink a ton of caffeine
āļøDo: Eat complex carbohydrates (think brown rice, sweet potato, etc.)
āDonāt: Load up on processed sugar
āļøDo: Low intensity strength training
āDonāt: Choose cardio or HIIT workouts
