Conquering Barriers to Drinking More Water

Do you struggle to drink enough water throughout the day?šŸ’§Trust me, I get it. This simple mundane task can feel so dang difficult at times.


Here are 5 QUICK TIPS to make drinking water easier and more enjoyable:


1ļøāƒ£ Keep a full water bottle next to you - this not only acts as a helpful reminder, but also just makes it easier to drink more water throughout your day!


2ļøāƒ£ Add fruit/herbs - sometimes the plain flavor of water gets boring, which makes it harder to drink as much as I want and need to in a day. My absolutely favorite combo to spice things up is fresh organic strawberriesšŸ“, sliced cucumbersšŸ„’, and fresh basil leaves🌱! It’s sooo refreshing šŸ˜Ž (Orange or grapefruit slices work well too!)


3ļøāƒ£ Buy a cup you love to use - okkkk this one is SUCH a game changer! It’s like having a cute gym outfit, it just increases that motivation!šŸ’«


4ļøāƒ£ Add ice or chia seeds - for those who need a little texture change, this tip could be really helpful!


5ļøāƒ£ Use a straw (metal or silicone is best) - this is me! I drink 5x as much water when I have a straw v. when I don’t.
