SEAFOOD PASTA šŸ

Looking for a quickšŸ’Ø, nutrient dense🌿 dinner recipe to make this week? I’ve got you covered with this PHENOM seafood pasta (I’m telling you, its so šŸ‘šŸ»dang šŸ‘šŸ»good šŸ‘šŸ»).


Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Your choice of seafood 🦐🐟(I used @butcherbox scallops and shrimp!)

  • 1 box @jovialfoods penne pasta šŸ

  • 1 jar @primalkitchenfoods dairy-free Alfredo sauce ✨

  • 1 jar @primalkitchenfoods red sauce 🄫(I’ve used both the Tomato Basil and Garlic - both are delicious in this dish!)

  • S&P to taste šŸ§‚


How to make it:

First, cook your pasta. Follow the instructions on the box to make this. [Pro tip: If cooking brown rice pasta, add a dash of sea salt while the water is boiling, then after putting in your pasta, add 1-2TB olive oil & stir to prevent noodles from sticking together!] Once cooked, drain and add back to the pot. Combine both red sauce and Alfredo together (the ā€˜special sauce’ of this dish - trust me its šŸ”„šŸ”„)


If using scallops and/or shrimp as I did, rinse and pat dry seafood. Season with salt (both sides). Heat 1-2 TB ghee in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Once glistening, add your seafood and cook ~2min on each side (for scallops) or until the shrimp are opaque in color. Ensure you sear both sides to lock in flavor and moisture!


Sprinkle fresh basil on top🌱, and/or your favorite cheesešŸ§€ (dairy-free or dairy-full), enjoy!šŸ‘©šŸ¼ā€šŸ³
